1、我们定义的精品二手车，是指年限近、车况好、无泡水火烧等事故，底盘、发动机、变速箱无拆修，手续齐全正规。
2、我们在微信公众号、微信朋友圈、抖音直播、网站等媒介，对车辆车况进行如实描述。
3、客户购车前，车辆可以接受任意第三方检测机构进行检测，如发生检测结果与我们的相关描述不符，检测费用由我们负担并给予补偿2000元。
4、客户购车后7天内，发现车辆与我们的相关描述不符并经第三方检测机构检测确认，我们接受无条件退车，并负担因此产生的相关费用，再给予补偿3000元。
